Like using "Estimate" in there agreements of the fine print or just flat-out Lying to the customer and not giving them an official or valid, written, detailed quote. Not an "Estimate".

After hearing about the unethical sales tactics being practiced just to get there business, and to separate us and reassure the customer, we have implemented a totally new approach to having the customer feel assured that they are not only getting the best product but also getting the best price and quality installation for any product. This program is called:

"ASSURANCE OF LOWEST PRICE"

What this means... and MUST be explained simply, is the following:

LKNHI, INC., ASSURES THAT FOR THE WORK SPECIFIED IN ANY AGREEMENT BY LKNHI, INC., IS THE LOWEST PRICE AVAILAIBLE, FOR MATERIAL AND QUALITY WORKMANSHIP AND CONTRACTOR RELIABILITY.

If a contractor with a valid written quote, quality materials and workmanship of equal specifications offers to perform the work for less than the amount in our sales agreement within 30 days of the date of sale from Lknhi, Inc.,

Outdoor dreamscapes will complete the work and refund the difference, plus $100, within 30 days of receipt of the written quote, specification's of such contractor. See reverse side for minimal conditions of qualification.

* Definition of Qualified Contractor:

1. Been in business for at least 5 years
2. Carry a minimum of $3,000,000 Liability Insurance.
3. Licensed & Bonded in the state of North Carolina
4. Must have a Retail location (not working out of house or vehicle)
5. Must have certification from at least 1 sanctioning body. Example: ICPI (Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute, NDS, ACI - American Concrete Institute, ACPA - American Concrete Pavement, ALCA - Associated Landscape Contractors of America, APLD - Association of Professional Landscape Designers, MCAA - Mason Contractors Association of America, TMS - The Masonry Society.

ALSO, in addition to that. Lknhi is the "ONLY" Company in the INDUSTRY to offer a 100% Lifetime Warranty on our installation and workmanship. Which simply means that if there is a problem with our labor or installation at anytime for as long as they live in the home that product was originally installed.

We at Lknhi Inc., will fix them at no charge! With oblivious exceptions of: Act of god, vandalism, neglect, or abuse or misuse of products or any other cause that normally covered under the typical home owners Insurance policy.
